Hi Yanick,
I think it’s their DNS problem that caused no AAAA record issue. 
Here's our test result for the AAAA record:
$ dig +short ANY fahad.xpedientonline.net @168.95.1.1
2001:4538:100::2
$ dig +short AAAA fahad.xpedientonline.net $ @168.95.1.1
2001:4538:100::2
It’s available.
